When you close your eyes and imagine a lobster, chances are what you see is a true Maine Lobster. Maine Lobsters are one of only two types of lobsters with TRUE commercial importance. This is due to the fact that you get excellent meat from the tail, true for other types of lobster as well, and you get amazing supple meat from the claws, not something that is true for other types of lobster.
